Welcome to the website for Anette Grobler's historical walk through the Skeleton Coast of Namibia. A first ever solo attempt to walk the 500 km trought the skeleton coast in Namibia without motorized or unmotorized (camel/donkey/horse) form of transport by any human.

In 2005 Anette Grobler made history for the first time by succeeding in walking 330km through the most Northern part of the Namib Desert in Angola, stretching from the Cunene Mouth, to a small town called Namib, previously called Mocamedes. Anette, a 42 year old female at that time, became the first person ever to walk the Angolan desert coastline, without any support or back up team.
